Production time

Ever Near pieces are made to order after the required personalization details are received. Production begins after the pet name, photo or reference image, engraving text, finish, birthstone month, urn keepsake choice, or other required product details are complete.

Please allow 5-8 business days for production before shipping. This window gives us time to review your submitted details and prepare the piece with care.

Where we currently ship

Ever Near currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping options and available rates are shown at checkout after your destination is selected. Current free-shipping thresholds are:

  • United States: free shipping over $125 USD.
  • Canada: free shipping over $175 USD.
  • Australia: free shipping over $220 USD.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold will show the available standard shipping rate at checkout.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.

Tracking will be sent by email when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays can happen.

Personalization delays

If required details are missing, unclear, or unusable, we may contact you for an update before production begins. This can delay the production timeline until the required details are received.

Address changes

If you need to correct a shipping address, contact support@shopevernear.com as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipment processing.

Packaging

Each jewelry piece ships in a keepsake jewelry box. If a product page offers a sympathy gift-ready packaging option or gift note field, choose those options before checkout so the order can be prepared for direct gifting.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local delivery requirements are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
