Photo Upload Guidelines

A clear photo helps us create a cleaner portrait engraving or custom-shaped keepsake. Upload the best available image when the product asks for a pet photo.

Best photo types

Clear, well-lit photos where the pet's face is easy to see.
Front-facing or slightly angled portraits.
Images where ears, head shape, and face details are not heavily cropped.
One pet per photo whenever possible.

Photos to avoid

Very dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos.
Screenshots or low-resolution images when a clearer original is available.
Photos where the face is blocked by objects, hands, or strong shadows.

If a photo is not usable, we may contact you for a replacement before production begins.
