Personalization & Returns
Ever Near pieces are personalized and made to order from the details submitted with the order. Returns are different from ordinary stock jewelry, but the policy should still feel clear before checkout.
Personalized item policy
Personalized items are final sale once production has started. Please review pet names, photos, finishes, birthstone months, engraving text, proof preference, packaging preference, and shipping address before checkout.
If something arrives wrong or damaged
If your item arrives damaged, defective, shows a craftsmanship issue, or is different from the confirmed order details, contact us at support@shopevernear.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is approved, we may replace, remake, refund, or otherwise make it right based on the situation.
Customer-submitted details
Engravings and personalization are made from the information submitted with the order. Spelling, capitalization, image choice, finish selection, birthstone month, and uploaded photo should be checked carefully before purchase.
Changes and cancellations
Change or cancellation requests should be sent within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already started. After production begins, changes are not guaranteed because each piece is made for that order.

Before sending anything back
Please do not mail an item back unless Ever Near asks you to. If a return is needed for a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, we will send instructions by email.
