Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

Cancellation window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless production has already started.

Changes

Changes to the pet name, photo, finish, birthstone month, or shipping address are easiest before production begins. After production starts, changes are not guaranteed because each piece is custom made.

Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the exact change you are requesting.
