How It Works

Ever Near pieces are made to order around the details you submit with your order. The process is meant to feel clear before checkout, especially when the memory is personal or the order is being sent as a sympathy gift.

1. Choose your piece

Pick the necklace or bracelet style that fits the memory: a pet portrait, a paw or nose print, an engraved name, a birthstone month, a digital gift card, or a small remembrance compartment.

2. Add the required details

Depending on the product, you may enter the pet name, choose a finish, select a chain length or bracelet size, choose a birthstone month, upload a photo or reference image, add engraving, choose packaging, or add a short gift note. Enter names exactly as they should appear.

3. We review before making

Before production begins, the submitted details are reviewed for usability. If a photo is too dark, blurry, cropped, or unclear, or if a required personalization detail is missing, production pauses and we contact you before moving forward.

4. Production time

Please allow 5-8 business days for made-to-order jewelry production before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Digital gift cards are delivered by email after checkout.

5. Your order ships with tracking

Tracking is provided when a physical order ships. Each jewelry piece arrives with a keepsake box, and the sympathy gift-ready option can be selected on the product page when the order is being sent directly to someone else.
