Each Ever Near piece is made to order after the required personalization details are received.

Production time

Please allow 5-8 business days for production before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

When production may pause

If a photo is not usable, an engraving detail is missing, or we need to confirm an order detail, production may pause until we receive the needed information.

Where we currently ship

Ever Near currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout after your destination is selected. Current free-shipping thresholds are:

• United States: free shipping over $125 USD.
• Canada: free shipping over $175 USD.
• Australia: free shipping over $220 USD.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold will show the available standard shipping rate at checkout.

Tracking

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Tracking will be provided when the order ships.

Address changes

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is packed or a shipping label has been created.
